GSC Holdings Pte Ltd is a privately held investment vehicle linked to the Goh family, who are also key shareholders of Wee Hur Holdings. The company partners strategically with Wee Hur Property on major land acquisitions and developments, including their successful joint bid for the Upper Thomson Road GLS site. Through these partnerships, GSC Holdings plays a role in co-investing and shaping key residential and mixed-use projects while leveraging Wee Hur’s development capabilities.
